At Ayubowan, you learn the importance of nasal breathing during sleep/rest, and how you breath effects your sleep quality and your energy level during the day and whilst exercising.
Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. People often perform them to improve mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
When you learn how you breath properly, people find it has a beneficial impact on their health, energy, fitness levels and endurance, and can have a positive impact on symptoms of many chronic health conditions, including autoimmune conditions and mental health.
How will it improve your health and performance?
You’ll learn how to measure your body oxygen levels as well as other methods which promote nasal breathing, breath control, and a number of breath-holding exercises to improve your tolerance to CO2 which has a number of beneficial impacts on the body.
This includes an improvement in Heart Rate Variability (HRV, ) which is a measure of stress, it can help support your nervous system as you learn to regulate between your parasympathetic and sympathetic state, increase blood circulation and improved oxygen uptake in the body and brain which can help improve concentration and energy levels.
When you learn about how to regulate your breath, many people find this leads to a major improvement in their health and well-being.

Rest and Reset
We offer regular sessions during the week for you to take time out to rest and reset. Let your sense and thinking mind calm down and experience deep relaxation and state of consciousness between awake and sleep.
Breathwork is incorporated into the session.
