Health & Wellbeing coaching isn't about one diet or one way of living. Instead, Health Coaches recognise we’re all different and we have a unique lifestyle as well as emotional and physical needs.
I am a skilled facilitator who helps you figure out what your ideal picture of health and wellbeing looks like. I help you explore ways to improve overall health and wellbeing be it your physical, mental, emotional health.
I work with you to work out what intrinsically motivates you, and I help you find ways to make the change achievable and sustainable. The changes are often small, but these changes all lead to a better, healthier version of you.
