Partnering with organisations
Are you looking to help your employees eat well, sleep better, move more, and stress less. The resulting changes can deliver great impact to your business.

Healthier employees make more productive businesses
The health of your business is inextricably linked to the health of your employees.
When you help your employees eat well, sleep better, move more, and stress less, the impact on your business is overwhelmingly positive.
Healthier employees mean lower absenteeism, increased engagement, higher levels of energy, fewer accidents and—most importantly—higher productivity.
A study by Medibank found that healthy workers are almost three times more productive than their unhealthy colleagues. The research also revealed that those employees with poor overall health status have up to nine times more annual sick days.*
The impact on Australian businesses is significant, with poor performance adversely affecting profitability and growth. The Medibank study showed that unhealthy full-time employees worked only 49 effective hours per month, whereas their healthy counterparts worked 143 effective hours.
Medibank’s findings reveal the extent of the problem across Australia but are also consistent with widely accepted international research. A literature review by Monash University—of more than 152 studies worldwide—found the same findings: that an employee’s productivity is affected by their health.
But the news isn’t all bad. Research has found that when staff health improves, so too does the health of the company. When employees eat, sleep, and manage their stress better, absenteeism drops, and productivity rises.
